¡¡¡¡This forum is the occasion not only serving a platform for Chinese and European advocators of policies in favor of renewable energy, investment partners of energy-saving and environment-friendly enterprises, as well as experts and scholars from relevant areas to discuss China-Europe joint promotion of the development of sustainable economy, the establishment of Chinese energy-saving and environment-friendly industrial bases and other relevant issues, but also providing the business opportunities and the possible technology cooperation chances for enterprises from both sides in main fields of sustainable economy. CECIC, the biggest Chinese state ¨C owned company of investment for environmental protection and energy conservation, as well as hundreds of other enterprises concerning energy-saving& environmental protection will participate the Forum.

You are entitled to those items based on the registration fees:
a. € 500 includes :
>>Business negotiation in a B to B mode.
(negotiate at least one time with China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation (CECIC), and also several times with other Chinese Enterprises)
>>Interpreters
>>Meals(3 lunch + 3 dinner) & Tea Snacks( 3 tea break during the conference)
>>Conference materials& Collections
>>Collective transportation
>>Visit China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation, Hangzhou Qianjiang Economic Development Zone, the Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Industrial Base, Qianjiang New City, relevant enterprises, etc.
b. € 800 includes£º
>>Items which 500€ includes
>>Accommodation with four star hotel for 3 nights (Oct.31st , Nov.1st and 2nd )
c. Following items are not included:
>>International airline tickets
>>Private consumption (mini¨Cbar, room service, telephone calls, etc.)
>>Transport accident insurance, package insurances.
>>Enterprises¡¯ documents translations, sample sending.
Art.4
The loss of attendants in case of accident during the Forum is not guaranteed by the Forum Organizing Committee.
Art.5
Please pay the registration fee before 30th September of 2007 to the account we provided in the appendix so that we could send to print in time.
Art.6
Annulment
a. In case of unpreventable accidents, the Forum Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel or delay the Forum. And all the registration fees will be returned back to all registered attendants.
b. In case of annulment of the attendants before 15th October of 2007, the entire registration fee will be returned back.
